American Recovery Association Teams with Recovery Database Network to Offer Financial Institutions Ease in Collateral Repossession

AUSTIN, TX - November 14, 2005 - The American Recovery Association, Inc. (ARA), the world's largest organization of professional finance adjusters and certified recovery specialists, and the Recovery Database Network (RDN), a facilitator of business-to-business electronic commerce between lending institutions and repossession related service providers, today announced they have completed the integration of RDN's management software technology into ARA's new Multiview CD-ROM product and Web site to link lenders with ARA members via the Internet for real-time communication.

ARA's Multiview CD-ROM provides lenders with access to the ARA Web site, directory and RDN's secure Web-based recovery management software application, allowing lenders and members to directly communicate in real-time. Assignments and updates can be added immediately through online access or through voice recognition over the telephone. This capability enables ARA members to receive data offsite, while lenders are able to view collateral recovery information, condition reports, photographs, and invoices.

"We want to ensure lenders can connect to their collateral recovery specialist in a smooth and effective manner," said Les McCook, president of ARA. "By working with Recovery Database Network, we now give lenders the ability to maximize control and efficiency over their repossession."

As part of ARA's mission to provide the lender with the highest caliber of professionalism and service, ARA's Multiview CD-ROM and its offerings are free to the lending community.

"Collateral recovery is always going to be a part of a lending institution's business," said Todd Hodnett, president of RDN. "Our software provides lenders and ARA members with an easier way to process the large volume of data associated with collateral recovery, thus greatly improving productivity."
